Cancellation Policy:

Sympsium & Course: Cancellations up to 1 month prior to the event will be refunded in full, less an administration fee of 20%. Cancellations less than 1 month before the event will not be refunded. Changes of delegate name will be acceptable at anytime at no charge. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance protection.

Pollock Halls Accommodation Packages: Cancellations up to 1 month prior to date of occupation will incur 20% administration fee. Cancellations less than 1 month before event will not be refunded unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
