Fees are £750 for the 3-day Trauma Symposium (15th-17th August 2012), and £800 for the 5-day Instructional Course (13th-17th August 2012). To reserve your place on either the Symposium or the Instructional Course send, email or fax the appropriate booking form.
If you would like the Pollock Halls accommodation package, please add it to the booking form. We regret this accommodation is not suitable for family use — if you would prefer the hotels detailed in the Accommodation Section, or help with any other accommodation requirements, please use the RoomCentre form. Edinburgh fills up rapidly during the Festival and accommodation becomes hard to get, so please book early to ensure your place!
Bookings for both events close on FRIDAY 3rd AUGUST 2012. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the programme if necessary, or to re-allocate group sessions depending on demand.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
SYMPOSIUM AND COURSE: Cancellations before 12 July 2012 will be refunded in full, less an administration fee of 20%. Cancellations after this date will not normally be refunded except in extenuating circumstances; however, changes of delegate name will be acceptable at any time at no charge. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance protection.
POLLOCK HALLS ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES: Cancellations before 12 July 2012 will incur 20% administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
